1. Service Agreement
By utilizing Godspeed Dynamics mobile repairs, you accept these terms, which we reserve the right to modify anytime.
Our mobile service provides professional automotive repair at your location. You must ensure a safe, flat work area.
2. Estimates
Quotes are estimates based on initial diagnostics. Final costs may vary based on unforeseen mechanical complications found.
The customer will be informed and must approve any changes in cost before any additional work commences on the vehicle.
3. Authorization
You authorize Godspeed Dynamics LLC to perform the agreed repairs, services, and fees, including all associated taxes.
Any additional work discovered that was not in the original quote requires a separate agreement and authorization.
4. Parts Policy
We utilize new OEM or high-performance aftermarket parts. Replaced parts are kept by us unless otherwise requested.
Every repair includes a limited 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty on labor to ensure your vehicle is road-ready.

5. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full upon completion via credit, cash, or text-to-pay. Late invoices are subject to collection fees.

6. Warranty
Our 12-month/12k mile warranty covers workmanship. It excludes damage from accidents, negligence, or customer misuse.

7. Responsibility
You must provide accurate vehicle history. We are not liable for issues arising from incomplete customer information.

8. Liability
Godspeed Dynamics is not responsible for personal items left in the car. Please remove all valuables before service.

9. Scheduling
We strive to meet estimated time frames, but unforeseen delays may occur. We will notify you of any schedule changes.
10. Disputes
Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with local laws.
